Special Project Grant Funding Available for NC Chapter Members
The North Carolina Chapter of the ACC is proud to announce a special grant being offered to a cardiovascular organization in need of funding to create a program with a goal of reducing cardiovascular health disparities in the state of North Carolina.
This is for a one-year grant in 2022, with potential for renewal, in a competitive process. Priority will be given to projects with paths to scalability and independent sustainability.
In order to apply, you must be a current North Carolina Chapter ACC member. The grant request form must be completed in full, accompanied by an executed Grant Agreement and received by the NCCACC Grant Committee by August 15, 2022.
The Chapter will award the grant to the recipient in person at the NC & SC Chapters of the ACC 29th Annual Joint Meeting, September 23-25 at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, South Carolina.
